I’m Morgan, a behavioral and public health expert, professional educator, and design-forward problem solver who cares deeply about making systems feel more human and more effective. After more than 15 years working across federal agencies, state education departments, K–12 districts, university research settings, and nonprofits, I created Morganized Solutions to help people-serving teams bring clarity, creativity, and care into their work. I turn big ideas into actionable strategies that support real people and strengthen the systems around them.
